Prerequisites NotesIn order to maximize their future program and course choices, all students are encouraged to present a broad range of subjects across the Humanities and Sciences.

Mathematics 30-1 is recommended for all students.

Spoken English Language Proficiency is required for this program.

Only one Fine Arts subject may be presented for admission.

To be admitted as a non-matriculated applicant, grade of at least 60% in English Language Arts 30-1 is required.

Two courses from the same second language cannot be used for meeting more than one admission subject requirement

Scholarships
DescriptionThis combined program, offered jointly with the Faculty of Education, allows you to earn two degrees in five years, preparing you to become a teacher for Grades K-6 while providing you with additional expertise.

The first three years of this program are taken in the Faculty of Native Studies, and the last two years are taken in the Faculty of Education; while completing the Elementary Education route, you can choose to minor in Native Education, Social Studies, or Cree.
