When you graduate from this program, you'll be eligible to apply to take the new Regulatory Exam-Practical Nurse (REx-PN). When you've successfully completed the REx-PN, you'll be issued a license to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario. |

- Grade11 Biology
- Grade12 Mathematics
- Grade12 Chemistry
Applicants must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or have mature student status. Grade 11 Chemistry is also acceptable. Applicants must have a minimum grade of 70% in the Grade 12 (C) or (U) Mathematics prerequisite. Non-academic requirements are a current certificate in CPR (Basic Rescuer) and St. John Standard First aid for adults, children, and infants; a current immunization record, a current criminal record check and all applicants must also take the HOAE (Health Occupation Aptitude Exam) pre-admission test. |
