You can submit an application online, by fax, or through the mail. Visit AccessCOTR here to fill out or download an application form. Don't forget to include your $30 non-refundable application fee and your transcripts. This first step is an application only. It DOES NOT mean that you are registered in your chosen program. Once your application has been received and assessed by our Admissions Office, you will receive a follow-up letter with instructions on how to proceed.
