Applicants must be 18 years of age and should have successfully completed secondary school. Students must have the prerequisites and other requirements that are needed for the program they wish to apply for. Please see details in the Selkirk College calendar online.
No TOEFL score is required for the English Language program. Students may enter other programs upon successful completion of Level 5 and English 51/Level 6. For direct entry into University Arts and Sciences, certificate or diploma programs, students must have British Columbia English 12 or equivalent, or a TOEFL score of 213 (computer) or 79-80 (iBT), or an IELTS score of 6.5. Students must send in an international application form with a non-refundable application fee. An official Letter of Acceptance will then be sent and must be taken to the nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate to obtain the study permit.
