Applicants must have completed the equivalent of Canadian Grade 12 high school graduation and specific program prerequisites for admission into any academic program. Equivalencies vary from country to country and a complete list can be found at international.ufv.ca. You will be requested to provide official copies of your high school transcripts.

English Requirements
For direct admission into academic programs, students must have one of the following: a TOEFL score of 88 (iBT), an IELTS 6.5, or another articulated standardized test of English language proficiency from our approved list.

Students can submit their applications online at international.ufv.ca. UFV International's online application gives you the ability to save your information so that you can submit your documents and complete your application at your own convenience.To complete the application, you need to provide the following information:

1. Your high school transcript(s).
2. Your post-secondary transcript(s) from all institutions attended (if applicable).
3. Your English language score (TOEFL, IELTS, LPI).
4. Your passport.

UFV has intakes in September, January, and May. Students are advised to apply early as many programs have a limited number of seats. Late applications will be accepted for ESL programs as long as there is space.
