Type of System	Semester
Entrance Dates	January, May, September
Notes:	The first semester runs from September to December and the second semester runs from January to April. Summers sessions are from May to August. Students can start their studies in the first or second semester except for D.V.M. and B.Sc.N. students. International students can apply to UPEI late as far as they have time to obtain student visas. They can start their studies in the Jan, Sept, or May semesters.
