Residence is a great way to meet new people and make lifelong friends. Canadore offers the newest residences in Ontario. We have three apartment-style residences that accommodate 675 students. Our secure complexes are wheelchair accessible. Located at the bottom of College Drive, our residences provide single rooms allowing you to have your very own space. Each residence offers: a full kitchen, telephone, mail service, Internet access, and access to transportation and laundry facilities.
Canadore's Centre for Career Development offers programs and services designed to enhance your student experience through employment and experiential learning opportunities. We also provide lifetime support for Canadore Alumni.

Canadore offers Sport and Wellness programs to fit your schedule and lifestyle. We have recreation, extramural, varsity teams and leagues, fitness and wellness classes and a lot of recreational and fun events and activities to choose from.
In the City of North Bay, you can enjoy good restaurants, movies, shopping, live theatre, community festivals and events, and a vibrant nightlife.
Our countless lakes, rivers, forests, canoe routes and trail systems provide endless outdoor activity. The City is nestled between two beautiful lakes, Lake Nipissing and Trout Lake, presenting limitless water recreation opportunities. We also have a ski hill and a number of golf courses, parks, baseball diamonds and soccer fields. And, for the avid jogger, cyclist and in-line skater, the Kate Pace way and the Kinsmen Trail combine to offer 28 km of multi-use paved trails stretching from one end of the City to the other.
Students may arrange for Internet access in their rooms with an outside Internet service provider. Internet access is also available in several computer labs, the library and the Learning Resources Centre.
We provide student-focused services to help guide you to success. Staff navigators provide support for students with disabilities, accommodation planning, with learning strategies, mental health and wellness, crisis management, time management and much more.
Students come to Canadore from as far away as Brazil, China, India, Malaysia, El Salvador and Africa. We provide orientation and transportation upon arrival, and assist with finding accommodations. Canadore offers students from around the world the unique opportunity to experience a culture that is truly Canadian.
