UBC Okanagan currently houses approximately 700 students in four on-campus residences. We offer fully furnished single rooms, quad units, studios, and shared one bedroom apartments. The single rooms include a meal plan and all units have Internet access.

Built in 2005, Spring Valley West is an off-campus apartment building located just a ten minute drive away from campus. Spring Valley West consists of spacious, fully self contained two and three bedroom air conditioned apartments. A wide variety of shops and services are within quick walking distance, as well as a direct express bus route to campus.
