Notes:Fall Term: September to December Winter Term: January to April Spring Term: May to August The University of Winnipeg has a system of three terms: fall, winter, and spring. Each term has 12 weeks of classes and two weeks of evaluation. A full course (six credit hours) is normally taught over two terms and a half course (three credit hours) over one term. In the winter and spring terms, many courses are also offered in a condensed time frame to provide greater flexibility in scheduling and to accommodate those who wish to pursue their studies in an accelerated manner. In the condensed format, a full course (six credit hours) is completed in one academic term. The maximum course load per term in most situations is 15 credit hours.
